Specifications:
TFI provides high-end magnetic filter elements to remove rust and iron particles from lubricating and gear oils. These elements are designed in rod form with capacities of 2000, 6000 & 10000 gouges. They are available in 27 and 50mm OD along with the length from 250 to 1000mm. They are placed within the basket strainer element for enhanced removal efficacy of iron dust and particle.

Wedge Wire Filter Elements:

"TFI" provides slotted filter cartridges developed from single triangular shaped wire that is wrapped around the strong support wires to develop a cylinder having consistent gap between the two wires throughout the surface. The gap is available between the two wires on outer smoother surface core of the hard contamination. Wedge wire slotted filter provides highly-effective filtration efficacy from 1000 - 50 micron. In addition, the rigid construction of the elements is designed to work with high operating pressure as well as differential pressure up to 5-10 bar. They are easy to back-flush as well as clean for constant reuse. In addition, they are available in cylinders, screens, and sleeves shape.
